Its a New Year - September 19, 2021 St. Louis, MO

It's a new year in the ABA and we are weeks away from the kickoff of this historic ABA season.  In April 2022, 8 teams will meet in Kansas City to compete for the ABA Championship.  Today, every team across the nation has hopes of being one of those 8 teams and the Spirits are one of them.

This season for the first time, there will be no automatic bye to the ABA Final 8.  Every team across the nation will have to compete in their region to earn one of the coveted spots in the Championship Tournament.  The Spirits came closer than ever before in 2021 with the overtime defeat of the North Alabama Wardawgs to advance to the Final Four where they were defeated by the rival Chicago Fury.  However, every team this year will be different.  Some stronger.  Some with new faces.  Some better or worse.  But each of them have the same goal in mind.
